Today I'd like to share this with you:
Could you resist this? I couldn't, when I saw it sitting in the chiller cabinet, for more than one obvious reason! I absolutely adore anything with lemon in it, but this cake was huge, and despite being light, fluffy and very lemony, I couldn't eat it all...
Things like this should come with a health warning, don't you think? ;O)
